Write for us
We welcome well-shaped pitches about edible gardening, seed knowledge, resourceful garden craft, harvest use and garden history. A strong proposal gives readers a clear idea to understand or a choice they can consider without relying on risky work or local rules.
What to pitch
Send a concise summary of the central idea, the reader it serves and what makes it distinct from material already published. Explain the main points you would cover and identify any claims that need specialist verification. We especially value focused evergreen subjects with a clear scope, careful language and no dependence on invented examples or unsupported claims.
Before sending
Please tell us whether the piece has appeared elsewhere and disclose relevant commercial interests. Do not send confidential material or treat a pitch as accepted until we have agreed on scope and terms. Proposals are sent through the Contact page; choose the editorial question option and describe your idea.
A garden is a set of choices
We look for the useful detail: what can be reused, what deserves space, and how gardening habits take shape.
